Just a few yards from the popular waterfront promenade of restaurants and cafes of the Quai Antonin Gros, in the gastronomic "Triangle d'Or" of wine and food,  his appartment is tucked away from the pavement tables, yet has these splendid views from master bedroom and kitchen.  The perfect spot for checking out the day before making your plans.


The First Floor has the main bedroom, shower room, separate wc and the living area with a sofa bed and TV and a fully equipped kitchen (oven,hob, coffee maker microwave, dishwasher etc). Folding chairs for sitting out on the little Juliet balconies.

Upstairs, the mezzanine under the eaves has twin beds, exposed beams and Velux window.

Fully Air Conditioned with shady blinds on the balconies. The First Floor has the main bedroom, shower room, separate wc and the living area with sofabed, TV and fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine  etc). And again, a par of folding chairs for sitting out on the little Juliet-style balconies.
From the main floor, a rustic ladder leads to the mezzanine under the eaves with its double bed, exposed beams and Velux window.
