The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed (plus extra camp bed) in the second room on the first floor, where you'll find the shower room/wc.

Downstairs there is a TV in the living area (with integral video  player) and the sofa pulls out into an extra double bed. So plenty of scope for adapting to your family's needs. When you consider that a family of five can stay here in peak summer for as little at £105 per person, that works out at an amazing nightly rate of less than £15 per person.

And the kitchenette has a fridge, 2 ring stove, microwave and table top grill. So a trip to the market means a great value supper for all the family to enjoy whilst watching the moon rise over the water.

The main terrasse looks out onto rue des pecheurs, and the house has a good selection of deckchairs and terrace furniture for making the most of the summer sunshine.

A second terrasse behind the house catches the southern sun and is great for a solitary moment with a good book and glass of Chardonnay. We are talking me-time whilst the rest of the family lazes out front.

Terrasse (avec pergola), petite cour, salon du jardin. Et vue sur le petit port , 'Etang de Thau et le Mont Saint Clair.

Like La Pergola and Le Saint Clair on either side of the house, Tabarka is perfectly location for the family.

The park is just along the boardwalk of the little port, and here is a basketball court, skate park, games and swings for younger children, plenty of space to run around and lots of picnic tables for the family to claim for magnificent views across the water and shade under the trees.

The plagette is next to the park  - an extra summer beach so close to home.

The houses are just yards from the closest wine cellar and you can walk along the waterfront to the oysterfarms where you may buy fresh seafood direct from the fishermen;
