On a small, private development, the house is situated in the Rive Gauche fishing port Tabarka and a short walk from quayside restaurants of the main Port de Plaisance and Marina, the charming old village centre and market place are a few minutes stroll away.
A family of wine-makers sells celebrated hearty wines from the cellar around the corner, oyster farmers prepare lunchtime barbecues along the lane and fishermen repair and dry their nets in the sunshine.
A couple of hundred yards from the lakeside park, the house is comfortably furnished. The front door opens on to an airy living room with its well equipped kitchen area. A sofa, dining table and four chairs in this light and cool family room. The sofa even converts into an extra put-you-up bed for extra guests visiting during your stay.
French windows open on to the private, south-facing terrace, garden table and four chairs. There is private parking available outside the front door.
The newly equipped kitchen has an electric oven with a new gas and electric hob. There is also a full-height free standing fridge, a microwave, washing machine and even a dishwasher.
There is a toilet in the main bathroom upstairs, which unusually for the quarter, boasts a proper bathtub with overhead shower instead of the usual simple shower room.
A real plus too for families with younger children or babies.
Both bedrooms are to be found on the first floor, and each has a full sized double bed.
After a few years for private use only, Le Patio was re-introduced to our guests as a bonus hide-away to meet the unprecedented demand for homes in the port during the summer months. Amazingly around 75% of our July August weeks were snapped up even before the house went on line.
Close by La Pergola, Kinvra and Les Chaluts, but with a hide-away terrace tucked away from the port, Le Patio is perfectly positioned for the family to explore
Marseillan.
The park is just along the boardwalk of the little port, and here is a basketball court, skate park, games and swings for younger children, plenty of space to run around and lots of picnic tables for
the family to claim for magnificent views across the water and shade under the trees.
The plagette is next to the park - an extra summer beach so close to home.
You can walk along the waterfront to the oysterfarms where you may buy fresh seafood direct from the fishermen - even join them for a sardine and mussels barbecue in peak summer and of course you are
always just two minutes saunter from the famous quayside restaurants.

(exposition sud) avec salon de jardin. Parking privatif.
